We are excited to introduce a Monthly Hockey Coaches’ Clinic at our rink, designed for hockey coaches of all levels who want to improve their skills, expand their knowledge, and engage directly with a professional coach. This initiative will help strengthen our coaching community, elevate our player development, and enhance the visibility of our program, organization, and city.
Each session will include:
-
60 minutes of coaching clinic led by a professional coach, covering drills, game strategies, player development, and modern hockey techniques.
-
30 minutes of open Q&A where coaches can ask specific questions and get advice on challenges they face with their teams.
-
Interactive learning with practice drills, video breakdowns, and practical examples that coaches can take directly to their own practices.
Purpose and Benefits
-
Elevate coaching quality: Better coaching translates directly to better player performance, development, and enjoyment of the game.
-
Consistency across programs: Coaches will learn shared systems, language, and best practices, ensuring players develop in a unified way across all levels.
